Below are a few items of note for our general admission visitors:

• Tickets and reservations are required for both adults and children age 1 and up. 
• All online reservations are non-refundable upon purchase. We can accommodate changes in reservation day, subject to availability. Requests for a transfer must be made within 7 days of the original reservation date or they will not be honored.
• General admission tickets are for a specific date and time. If you would like to purchase a ticket for someone to visit on a flexible date of their choosing, please click here to purchase a "Play Any Day" ticket!
• If you are booking a visit for 15 or more tickets, please contact the Group Sales Department at [email protected].
• Plan to visit more than twice in a calendar year? Become a Museum member and save! Members get free admission, parking, and carousel rides. Learn more here. 

Additional information for your visit: 

• Parking in our gated lot is $16 and limited spaces are available. Payment for parking in the lot will be made upon arrival at the Admission Desk.
• Unlimited carousel rides are $5 per child (one caregiver per child rides free) and may be purchased online or at the Admission Desk.

Museums for All Tickets: 

The Museum is a proud member of the Museums for All program, providing access to more families to experience our Museum. ACCESS and SNAP EBT cardholders may visit at deeply discounted rates. To take advantage of these discounted rates, ticketholders must present their valid SNAP EBT or ACCESS Card along with photo ID upon arrival at the Museum.
